The autonomous rubber tapping robot is the core product of our company. It can autonomously perform rubber tapping operations in sloping rubber plantations. This product has gone through five versions of iteration and development and has been tested for over 400 days in a 10 hectares rubber plantation. The tapping quality meets the professional standards of manual work, with a productivity reaching 90% of the manual work level, and a comprehensive efficiency of 100-150 trees per hour, with a single machine working area of over 4 hectares. The "multi-mode" design can meet the whole process tasks of rubber collection, pesticide application, and other tapping and maintenance operations.
The Intelligent Rubber Plantation Management System is an independently developed product by the company. It provides rubber planting enterprises with detailed management data such as the rational allocation of plantation resources, scientific production scheduling, and other fine management data. It offers enterprise users services for intelligent production and digital management.

The electric rubber tapping knife is characterized by its simplicity, ease of learning, strong applicability, reduced tree damage, and labor efficiency. Compared to traditional tapping knives, it lowers the technical difficulty and labor intensity of rubber tapping.
The product has been exported overseas and has been demonstrated and promoted in rubber countries such as Southeast Asia, Africa, and South America. It has also been widely applied in the three major rubber-producing regions of China: Hainan, Yunnan, and Guangdong.
The Fixed rubber tapping machine is a product jointly developed by the company and the CATAS. This product focuses on overcoming issues such as high costs, frequent malfunctions, and limited production capacity associated with existing fixed rubber tapping machines. By optimizing rubber processing techniques and adopting a simple structural design, it reduces costs and failure rates. The integration of controllable micro-cutting stimulation technology ensures production output while preventing tree damage.
